When we thought we found the one, Erin voiced her opinion saying I am happy to proceed, but I really think this house is overpriced. We thought about it and we agreed so we continued the search and found our perfect home in one of the best neighborhoods. We were also looking at 3 bedrooms 2 baths initially. After looking at a few she again had us think and recommended looking at 4 bedroom homes. She made the case that within a few years we would probably be calling her back to look for a larger 4 bedroom home after outgrowing the 3 bedroom. Again, we thought about it and were fortunate to be able to consider 4 bedroom options. We are very grateful she voiced her concerns to us and was super honest with us.

Not only was the whole process from the time we started looking until we closed exceptionally smooth, but she also had several wonderful contractors, etc to recommend to us. We have used all of her recommendations and have been so happy with the results. We plan to use these contractors again and again as we need to.
